  • You are responsible for managing visitor data deletion requests for your own website
  • Transmute Engine processes data without permanent storage, so visitor data is not retained

8. Automated Deletion

Some data is automatically deleted according to our retention policies:

  • Transmute Engine event data: Deleted within 48 hours
  • Log files: Deleted after 12 months
  • Support tickets: Deleted after 3 years (unless ongoing legal matter)
